Mayor Benz recognizes the success of the examination - "evidence of the quality of urban training"
The science city of Darmstadt honored its best young people on Friday, March 21 for above -average performance at the final exams 2024. Mayor and head of personnel Hanno Benz presented the awards in the magistrate hall and emphasized the importance of good training for the future of the city administration.
"These services are a great personal success for all of you - but also proof of the high quality of training at the city of Darmstadt," said Benz. "In the future, they will bring their qualifications and ideas to make our city even more citizenship and worth living. I thank you for this and congratulate you on these results."
The honored young forces achieved final grades of 1 or 2 in their respective training courses. Benz also praised the committed work of the trainers in the offices, which would have made a significant contribution to success.

The following graduates were honored:
- Officials in the upscale service: Yannis Flath, Beheshta Popal, Alexandra Marie Sali
- Official officer in the upscale fire service: Holger Öhlenschläger
- Officials in the middle fire service: Ramon Hanebuth, Sven Koppenhöfer, Patrizio Giovanni Rendina, Marius Schwab, Jens-Bircher Seree, Paul Walter
- Specialist for media and information services: Nicole Hennich
- Administrative assistant: Christina Fleischhauer, Klara Marie Laura Schulz
With the honor, the city of Darmstadt underlines its claim not only to be an attractive employer, but also to promote young talent at a high level.
