Hessen Mobil locks B 3 and K 146 sections for security work
Eberstadt/Bickenbach. Due to the necessary tree felling work, traffic disabilities on the federal road B 3 between Eberstadt and Darmstadt as well as on the K 146 Kreisstraße K 146 between Bickenbach and Seeheim-Jugenheim Hessen Mobil announces semi -sided closures, and the traffic for the duration of the felling work is occasionally completely stopped.
The work is done on behalf of the Groß-Gerau road maintenance department. The reason for the measures is the lack of stability of several trees. Some of these have died or damaged by wild boar activity in the root and represent a potential danger to road traffic.
On the B 3, the measure affects the section between Eberstadt and Darmstadt. Two other dead birches are removed on K 146. The measures are coordinated with the responsible lower nature conservation authority.
