Road resurfacing along the Christoph-Graupner-School begins on July 13th
The Mobility and Civil Engineering Office of the City of Darmstadt will be resurfacing Vogelsbergstraße starting Monday, July 13. The roadworks are expected to be completed by Sunday, July 19 .
As part of the project, the roadway along the Christoph-Graupner-School over an area of approximately 450 square meters .
Complete closure for one week
For the duration of the construction work, Vogelsbergstraße will be completely closed between Arheilger Straße and Hahne-Schorsch-Platz
During the closure, parking spaces and garages in the affected section cannot be used. According to the city, residents will be informed separately in writing about the restrictions by the Mobility and Civil Engineering Office.
Costs of around 60,000 euros
The science city of Darmstadt is investing around 60,000 euros in the renewal of the roadway, according to its own statements.
Road users are asked to avoid the area as much as possible during the construction period and to observe the posted traffic regulations.
