Children and Youth Development offers training on 25 and 26 October
The Reinheim Children and Youth Development Center is hosting a Wendo course for girls ages 6 to 11 of October 25 and 26. The course will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the KSG Georgenhausen .
Wendo is not an Asian martial art, but a form of self-defense developed specifically for women and girls. In addition to technical exercises, the course also includes conversations and discussions to help participants understand and process their experiences. The goal is to empower participants to act confidently and with strength .
The course is led by Doris Aubele Frauen Offensiv association in Darmstadt. The participation fee is 30 euros per child .
