Sanitätshaus Klein hands over wheelchairs for visitors with limited mobility
The Darmstadt Zoo Vivarium has received a new wheelchair from Klein Medical Supply . The wheelchair is now available for free loan from the zoo shop and is intended to facilitate access for visitors with limited mobility.
"Our vivarium has barrier-free access: With the circular path, which is largely at ground level, we also enable people with limited mobility to participate in the zoo and are proud to be able to expand this offering once again," explained City Treasurer André Schellenberg .
Sanitätshaus Klein also emphasizes its close ties with the Darmstadt Zoo. "We are happy to support the Vivarium because everyone in our company feels a connection to the zoo and appreciates this place for spending quality time with the family. We are also pleased that there are always new things to discover," said Jan Geier of Sanitätshaus Klein.
