Self-confidence and self-defense for girls aged 7 to 11
The Reinheim Children's and Youth Services on the weekend of March 21st and 22nd, 2026. a Wendo course for girls aged 7 to 11 each day from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the KSG Georgenhausen clubhouse .
Self-defense specifically for girls
Wendo is not an Asian martial art, but a form of self-assertion and self-defense specifically developed for girls and women. It focuses on simple and effective techniques taught in an age-appropriate manner.
In addition to practical exercises, the course concept also includes discussions and group reflection . Participants have the opportunity to share and process their own experiences. The goal is to strengthen self-confidence and confident and self-assured demeanor promote
Experienced course instructor and registration
The course will be led by experienced Wendo trainer Doris Aubele. The participation fee is 30 euros per girl.
