Workshops and guided tours of guinea pigs, farm animals and eggs
The Vivarium Darmstadt Zoo offers an exciting program for children around animals and their way of life in the 2025 Easter holidays. Between April 7 and 10, there are tours and workshops on animal topics.
On Monday, April 7th , the focus is on "eggs in the animal kingdom" The leadership deals with which animals lay eggs and what differences are in the egg -laying reproduction. The question "What was there first: hen or egg?" is discussed. The tour begins at 10 a.m. and costs 4.50 euros per person (plus entry).
Two -hour workshops for young animal lovers
The two -hour workshop "How do I keep guinea pigs in a species -appropriate manner?" place on Wednesday, April 9, at 1 p.m. On Thursday, April 10, at 10 a.m., another workshop on the topic "Why pets are farm animals" . Both workshops are aimed at children and costs 9 euros per child (plus entry).
