Swimming club launches new exercise program
The association for the preservation of the Jugenheim swimming pool is expanding its offerings and now provides aquafit classes at the Jugenheim swimming pool in Seeheim-Jugenheim. Everyone is invited to participate in this joint-friendly, full-body workout.
First dates have been set
Course dates are announced monthly. The next Aquafit courses will take place on June 29th, July 6th , and July 16th each at 11:00 AM . Each session lasts approximately one hour.
Since the appointments are scheduled monthly, registration and payment are also made for the respective month.
Registration and participation
The participation fee is €25 per month. Registration is considered complete upon receipt of the email and transfer of the course fee to the club's account. Entry to the Jugenheim swimming pool is not included in the course fee and must be paid separately.
Aquafitness is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and offers an effective and joint-friendly workout in the water.
