Free advisory services provide support regarding care levels, assistance, and preventative measures
When someone becomes dependent on care, those affected and their relatives are often faced with many questions. What support is available? How do you apply for a care level assessment? What assistance services are available? In Weiterstadt, several free and independent advisory services are available to answer these questions.
“Days of Care” at LOOP5
The Darmstadt-Dieburg district regularly offers local advice during its "Days of Care". Specialists from the care support center, the care assistance service, the home modification advisory service, and the guardianship authority are available for personal consultations.
The care support center provides assistance with questions about care levels, long-term care insurance benefits, support services and orientation within the support system.
The open consultation hour takes place in Weiterstadt on the first Thursday of each month from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in LOOP5 (1st floor, parking level E). No appointment is necessary.
For further questions, please contact the care support center of the Darmstadt-Dieburg district by telephone at 06151 8815080 or by email at pflegestuetzpunkt@ladadi.de.

City recommends independent advice
Due to current events, the city of Weiterstadt would like to emphasize the importance of transparency and independence when seeking advice on care and support services. The care support center, the county's "Days of Care," and community care services provide established and reliable contacts who work closely with authorities and other network partners, offering neutral guidance.
