Exchange for the district – all interested parties welcome
The 118th Eberstadt-Süd Neighborhood Roundtable will take place on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Haus der Vielfalt, Bürgersaal (Kirnbergerstraße 12, 64297 Darmstadt) . The meeting will be chaired by Jana Freund and Peter Grünig (Eberstadt Community Work, Caritas Center Eberstadt-Süden).
The organizing team also includes Susanne Flath (Mobile Practice) , Ludwig Achenbach (Eberstadt District Administration) and the volunteers Hannes Marb, Andreas May and Nicole Holzapfel .

- Reports from working groups: Seniors Network, Children & Youth Working Group, Housing Working Group, Sports and Exercise Activities
- Review of events: Film evening of the Eberstadt Alliance against Antiziganism, Cultural Festival of the Eberstadt Sinti and Friends, Open-Air Cinema Adenauerplatz, District Festival 2025, Family Information Day
- Outlook & Dates: Preparation for “Meeting under the Christmas Tree” – Contributors Wanted
- New elections in January: Presentation of the tasks for the organizational circle and management, invitation to candidacy
- Miscellaneous and topic planning for upcoming meetings
The District Circle is the central planning and coordination body for Eberstadt-Süd and sees itself as a mediator of district concerns with the administration, politicians, and institutions. All interested parties are invited to contribute their concerns and ideas.
