The Senior Citizens' Office, together with the German Red Cross (DRK), will provide information on April 22nd
The Senior Citizens' Office of the City of Griesheim invites you to an information event on the topic of home emergency call systems on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The event will take place at 3 p.m. in the town hall (meeting room C, entrance on Schillerstraße).
The cooperation partner is the German Red Cross Darmstadt-Stadt, which will present its home emergency call systems and provide information about their possible uses.
Insight into technology and application
The event will focus on how modern home emergency call devices work. Experts from the German Red Cross (DRK) will explain how the systems can be used in everyday life and what options are available for different life situations.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to clarify individual questions and receive personal advice.
Support for a self-determined life
Personal emergency response systems can be a vital support, especially for elderly people or those with health limitations. They enable them to quickly call for help in an emergency while maintaining their independence.
The event is open to everyone and is free of charge. Registration is not required.
