The SPD invites you to a cabaret evening at the Forum am Rathaus on November 20th – the focus will be on aging
After a ten-year hiatus, the cabaret duo Kabbaratz will return to Seeheim-Jugenheim. The SPD Seeheim-Jugenheim invites senior citizens to a cabaret evening at the Forum am Rathaus on Friday, November 20, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. Evelyn Wendler and Peter Hoffmann will present their 35th program, "Teeth Like Stars: They Come Out at Night!".
In it, the two explore aging and the changes that life brings. With their characteristic satirical eye, they poke fun at their own experiences as well as the idiosyncrasies of younger generations. The underlying theme is that while some prospects may fade with age, new insights emerge.
Kabbaratz was long an integral part of the cultural program
The duo's performances have a long tradition in Seeheim-Jugenheim. For many years, the SPD regularly organized cabaret evenings. The last event took place in 2016 in the sports and cultural hall.
“The SPD’s Kabbaratz events were a fixture in Seeheim-Jugenheim for many years. The last event in the sports and cultural hall took place in 2016. We are all the more pleased to celebrate a reunion ten years later in the new forum at the town hall,” says SPD local branch chairman Samuel Foschum.
He hopes that the evening will evoke memories of previous performances for long-time visitors.
Tickets available in advance and at the box office
Tickets cost €15 in advance and €20 at the door. Local advance ticket sales are scheduled to begin in early November. The SPD will announce further details in due course.
