Department house of opportunities with a new concept and colorful program
After extensive renovation, the Kagel - Department House of Opportunities at Pallaswiesenstraße 122 its doors again on Saturday, May 24, 2025 From 9:30 a.m., all citizens are invited to the reopening ceremony .
Sustainability meets diversity: Program for all generations
There is a diverse program to celebrate the day:
- Time travel through the kagel
- Live music
- Presentation of sustainable initiatives such as Heinerleih e. V., Foodsharing e. V., Repaircafé or Faircup
- Opening offers and raffle
- Coffee and cake on site
The kagel stands for sustainable consumption, reuse and resource conservation. The operation takes place through the own company for municipal tasks and services (EAD) of the science city of Darmstadt.
