Construction work is shifting – full closure now begins on Taunusstrasse
Another phase of the renovation of the main road through Leeheim has been completed. Following the completion of the asphalt work up to just before the Taunusstraße junction, the intersection of Bergstraße/Geinsheimer Straße/Eisenacher Straße now open to traffic again.
This means the gas station is once again accessible from Bergstraße. Access was possible at all times during the construction work; now it can also be reached via the reopened intersection.
The construction work is now moving to the next section of the main road through the town. The complete closure will begin shortly before the junction with Taunusstraße for traffic coming from the direction of Geinsheim.
The local detour for cars remains unchanged. Trucks will continue to be routed via a detour outside the town.
The city asks road users to take note of the changed traffic routing and to drive particularly carefully in the construction area.
