GARI BALDI invites you to the Caritas Center Eberstadt South on October 29th – cooking together with the choir His Glory Music Ministry
Cooking together, discovering new cultures, and engaging in conversation: The multicultural cooking studio GARI BALDI invites you to its next cooking evening on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 5 p.m. at the Caritas Center Eberstadt South. The event is being held in cooperation with the choir His Glory Music Ministry.
For more than 19 years, the project has brought together people of different backgrounds and generations. The focus is on preparing and enjoying food together, as well as exchanging information about cultural traditions and ways of life.
Culinary encounters for more than 19 years
The GARI BALDI meetings take place regularly on the last Thursday of each month. Every evening has a specific theme and is dedicated to different culinary traditions.
Over the years, participants have gotten to know numerous countries and regions in this way. In addition to the typical dishes of the countries, cultural, social and political backgrounds are also presented.
The concept combines cooking together with intercultural exchange. People of different ages and countries of origin can contribute their own experiences, make new contacts and learn about other ways of life.
For this commitment, GARI BALDI was awarded the Ketteler Prize by the Wilhelm Emmanuel von Ketteler Foundation in 2014.
Collaboration with His Glory Music Ministry
The next cooking evening on October 29th will be organized in collaboration with the choir His Glory Music Ministry.
All interested parties from Eberstadt and beyond are invited. Prior knowledge is not mentioned as a requirement in the announcement.
The cooking studio is also looking for additional partners who would like to help shape future evenings. Interested groups, clubs, and organizations can present their culture, their work, or special culinary traditions.
Registration required by October 25th
For organizational reasons, registration with the Caritas Center Eberstadt South is required to participate in the upcoming cooking evening. The registration deadline is Sunday, October 25, 2026.
