Tips for proper care from the Green Area Office Darmstadt
The green area office of the science city of Darmstadt invites all garden fans to rose section courses on the rose height. The courses will take place on Friday, March 14, at 2:00 p.m. and on Saturday, March 15, at 9:00 a.m. and last one and a half hours.
Practical knowledge for healthy roses
Under expert guidance, the participants learn how roses cut professionally in order to promote a lush bloom. There are also valuable tips for:
- Planting and care
- Fertilization and crop protection
- Avoid frequent errors when cutting roses
Registration and participation
- Participation fee: 10 euros per person (paid on site)
- Limited number of participants: a maximum of 15 people per course
- Meeting point: Entrance of the rosarium on the rose height
- Bring: your own rose shears and gloves
- Weather -dependent implementation
Registration is required at the Green Area Office Darmstadt on Tel.: 06151 13-2900 (Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Fridays from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.).
