Unknown individuals steal iPads and a music box – police are looking for witnesses
Unknown perpetrators broke into a school in Darmstadt-Eberstadt over the weekend. Police are now seeking witnesses who may have made suspicious observations.
According to police, the burglary occurred between Friday (July 3), 4:15 p.m., and Monday morning (July 6), 9:45 a.m. The perpetrators targeted a school on Nußbaumallee.
According to initial investigations, the burglars forced their way into the school building. Once inside, they searched several rooms for valuables. Among the items stolen were a music box and several iPads.
The perpetrators then fled undetected in an unknown direction. Initial estimates place the resulting property damage at several thousand euros.
The Darmstadt Criminal Police are asking for information: Anyone who observed suspicious persons or vehicles in the area of Nußbaumallee during the aforementioned period is asked to contact them on telephone number 06151 / 969-0.
