A bereavement café, gravestone inspection and counseling for people with disabilities are on the program at the beginning of October

The bereavement café will meet on October 5th
The next bereavement café in Seeheim-Jugenheim will take place on Monday, October 5th, at 2:30 pm . The meeting point is the Waldcafé in the senior citizens' center of Mission Leben, Sandstraße 85 in Seeheim.
This service is aimed at bereaved individuals and offers the opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing grief. Participation is free, but prior registration is requested.

Gravestones in cemeteries are being inspected
On Thursday, October 8th, the municipality will be checking the stability of the gravestones in its cemeteries. This annual inspection, carried out in accordance with current accident prevention regulations, will be performed by a contracted specialist company using measuring equipment.
The examinations begin at 8 a.m. at the Seeheim Forest Cemetery. These will be followed by the Old Cemetery in Seeheim at approximately 8:40 a.m., the Balkhausen Cemetery at approximately 9:20 a.m., the Jugenheim Cemetery at approximately 9:40 a.m., the Malchen Cemetery at approximately 11 a.m., and the Ober-Beerbach Cemetery at approximately 11:30 a.m.
If defects are found, the municipality informs the users of the respective grave sites and requests them to rectify them.
The disability officer offers open consultation hours
Also on Thursday, October 8th, the municipality's disability officer, Cornelia Milius, will offer her next open consultation hour.
The consultation will take place from 2 pm to 4 pm in the new administration building of the Forum at the town hall, on the ground floor, room A.0.12/Balkhausen. Registration is not required.
Further consultation hours are planned for November 12th and December 10th .
