Family theatre play with audience participation at the Gräfenhausen community centre on December 20th
Just before Christmas, the town of Weiterstadt invites children and families to another special theatrical experience : On Saturday, December 20, 2025 , the Mannheim Music Stage will present "Puss in Boots" at the Gräfenhausen Community Center . The performance begins at 3 p.m. and ends around 4:30 p.m.
The play is based on the well-known fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm and tells the story of a shrewd cat who, with wit, charm, and cleverness, helps his poor owner Heiner achieve happiness, recognition, and prosperity. In doing so, he uses people's vanity and greed to teach them a humorous lesson.
Interactive activity for children
The production is aimed at children aged five and up and delights fairy tale fans of all ages. As in previous years, some children will have the opportunity to actively participate on stage during the performance and become part of the story. Advance ticket sales begin on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Weiterstadt town hall.
Ticket prices: Children €5, Adults €7.
