Nature, history & research – excursions to Merck, goat trekking and the local history museum
The Reinheim Children and Youth Services offers a three-day program for children aged 9 to 13 during the autumn holidays – with plenty of nature, history and hands-on research.
Program & Dates:
- Tue., Oct. 14: Merck Darmstadt – Factory tour & hands-on science (free of charge).
- Wed., Oct. 15: Goat trekking Darmstadt-Eberstadt – Popular tour with animal companions (€10).
- Thurs., Oct. 16: Reinheim Local History Museum – Discover “Home”: Experience history (€2).
Important: sturdy footwear, weatherproof clothing, and a small picnic lunch . Outdoor sessions will be cancelled in case of heavy rain; any fees already paid will be refunded.
