Locations in all five districts will remain closed for one week – online lending will continue to be available during the break
The Riedstadt municipal library will close its five branches for one week during the autumn holidays. The last borrowing opportunities before the break will be on September 30th and October 1st. The branch libraries will reopen on October 12th and 13th.
The library in Erfelden will be open for the last time on Wednesday, September 30, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. In the other four districts, the last opportunity to borrow books will be on Thursday, October 1: in Goddelau, Leeheim, and Crumstadt from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., and in Wolfskehlen from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Reopening on October 12th
After the holiday break, the first locations will reopen on Monday, October 12th. The library in Erfelden will be open from 10 am to 12 pm, and the one in Goddelau from 4 pm to 6 pm.
On Tuesday, October 13th, Crumstadt and Leeheim will follow from 10 am to 12 pm, and Wolfskehlen from 4 pm to 6 pm.
The online lending service remains available
Digital media can also be used during the closure. The Riedstadt Municipal Library is a member of the eLibrary Hesse network and thus provides its members with access to online lending.
A library card from the municipal library is required for use. This can be issued at all five locations.
