Student startup conference brings together aspiring entrepreneurs with business owners and investors
Frankfurt. The topic of business start-ups and self-employment is also represented at the Jobrotation : The Goethe Entrepreneurship Conference (GEC) will be presenting itself on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in the BBBank Arena Frankfurt and will provide information about its network and its annual start-up conference.
The Goethe Entrepreneurship Conference describes itself as the largest student-organized startup conference in the Rhine-Main region. Once a year, it brings together students and other young people interested in starting a business with founders, investors, and experienced players from the startup scene.
From business idea to implementation
The GEC focuses not only on imparting theoretical knowledge. Above all, the conference aims to foster personal exchange and provide young people with concrete insights into business start-ups and entrepreneurship.
This event brings together people developing their first ideas or who are generally interested in starting a business with entrepreneurs and investors with practical experience. According to the organizers, in addition to inspiration, the focus is particularly on concrete insights and their practical implementation.
With this, GEC expands its job rotation program to include another career perspective: The next career step doesn't necessarily have to lead to an existing company for everyone. Starting your own business can also be an option.

The next GEC will take place in May 2027
During the job rotation, interested individuals can speak personally with the Goethe Entrepreneurship Conference team and learn more about the conference and the Frankfurt startup scene.
The next date has already been set: The upcoming Goethe Entrepreneurship Conference will take place on May 22, 2027 .
