Max Panhans becomes chairman of the municipal council
In Seeheim-Jugenheim, the new municipal council was constituted on April 16, 2026, following the local elections.
Max Panhans (CDU) was elected chairman of the municipal council. Karl Georg Bayer (The Greens) will take over the office of First Deputy Mayor on the municipal executive board.
During the meeting, the members of the various municipal bodies were also appointed. These include, among others, local advisory councils, committees, and the foreign residents' advisory council.
