Youth services invite young people to a creative afternoon
The Weiterstadt Youth Development Agency is organizing the fifth Street Art Festival on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the campus of the Albrecht Dürer School.
From 2 pm to 7 pm, young people can expect a diverse program with workshops, hands-on activities and open opportunities to meet.
Creativity and exchange are the focus
All young people from the 4th grade onwards can participate. Admission and all activities are free.
According to the organizers, the festival is intended to give young people space to creatively contribute their ideas, wishes and perspectives and to become active together.
In addition to artistic and sporting activities, the focus is primarily on participation, social exchange and encounters.
Politicians should engage in conversation with young people
Politicians are also invited to participate in the events and talk to young people.
The youth services department in Weiterstadt explains that the street art festival has established itself in recent years as an important meeting place for youth culture and creative exchange.
The organizers are once again hoping for numerous visitors and an inspiring afternoon with many joint activities.
