The exit ramp towards Darmstadt will be closed on September 2nd and 3rd
at the Dieburg interchange on Wednesday and Thursday, September 2nd and 3rd. Due to work on the guardrails and mowing, the exit ramp from the B 45 onto the B 26 in the direction of Darmstadt completely closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both days.
The work is being carried out on behalf of the Groß-Umstadt road maintenance depot. In addition to the replacement of guardrails, mowing work is planned along the federal highway.
B 26 is only passable in one lane
Motorists already on the B 26 should also expect restrictions. Coming from Babenhausen towards Darmstadt, only one lane will be available in the area of the Dieburg interchange. The speed limit there will be reduced to 80 kilometers per hour.
The restrictions apply on both Wednesday, September 2nd, and Thursday, September 3rd.
Diversion via Dieburg
A detour will be signposted for traffic traveling from the B 45 towards Darmstadt. It initially leads along the B 26 towards Aschaffenburg until the next exit for Dieburg. From there, it continues via the K 128 to the Dieburg interchange and then on towards Darmstadt.
