Two evenings featuring acrobatics, rap, soul, hip-hop and other musical genres are planned for September 17th and 18th under the open sky
The DARMSTADT_SPEAKERS invite you to "Culture at Adenauerplatz" in Darmstadt-Eberstadt on Thursday, September 17th, and Friday, September 18th, 2026. Starting at 5 pm each day, the program features art, music, and opportunities to connect outdoors. The events are open to people from the neighborhood and beyond, and admission is free.
At the invitation of Mobile Praxis gGmbH, Adenauerplatz will be transformed into an event space on both days. The cultural event aims to bring together diverse artistic expressions and foster encounters within the city district.
DARMSTADT_SPEAKERS kick things off with artistry, rap and soul
On Thursday, September 17th, the program combines artistry with rap, R&B and soul. Acrobatics, beats and vocals will thus define the first of the two evenings.
On Friday, September 18th, the focus will be on musical diversity. Hip-hop, alternative, classical and pop music will come together.
With "Culture at Adenauerplatz," the DARMSTADT_SPEAKERS are offering accessible cultural events in public spaces. Families, groups of friends, and neighbors are invited to both evenings.
The event is under the patronage of Darmstadt's mayor, Barbara Akdeniz. The cultural program is made possible with the support of the Hans Erich and Marie Elfriede Dotter Foundation.
