The annual excursion took us to Kronberg and ended in the forest garden
The honorary and senior members of the Seeheim Volunteer Fire Department undertook their annual excursion to Kronberg . In summery weather, the group departed from Villenave-d'Ornon Square on July 22nd, heading towards the Opel Zoo .
After arriving by coach, the participants explored the zoo on their own. They were able to observe numerous animals and learn interesting facts about the different species and their habitats. The time spent together also provided an opportunity for conversation and reconnecting among the former firefighters.
A successful day strengthens team cohesion
In the late afternoon, the group set off for home, filled with many new impressions. The excursion concluded with a shared dinner at the Waldgarten restaurant in Seeheim.
The members of the honorary and senior members' section drew a positive conclusion. Special thanks were extended to their spokesperson, Hagen Milius , and to the organizing team that had prepared the outing.
The honorary and senior members' section is an integral part of the Seeheim Volunteer Fire Department. It offers former firefighters the opportunity to stay in touch and maintain camaraderie even after their active service.
