According to the city, the fiber optic rollout in Weiterstadt is progressing. Mayor Niklas Gehnich toured several construction sites to get an update on the current status of the work.
Together with representatives of the executing company , Kocaman Bau GmbH , he had the construction progress and the technology used in the expansion explained to him. The focus was on, among other things, the laying of the fiber optic cables and the installation of the house connections.
The city continues to support the expansion
"It's wonderful to see the precision and efficiency with which the work is being carried out. I am delighted with the visible progress," explained Mayor Gehnich.
According to the city, the fiber optic expansion will continue to be closely monitored in order to rapidly advance the development of the digital infrastructure in Weiterstadt.
