Darmstadt-based company further expands its involvement with SV Darmstadt 98
SV Darmstadt 98 and Klöber Versicherungsmakler GmbH are intensifying their collaboration. The Darmstadt-based company will be upgraded from top partner to premium partner of the Lilies for the new season. The expanded partnership will continue to focus on social responsibility, regional ties, and joint projects.
A key focus of the partnership remains the "Heart Lilies", which has supported social organizations and projects in Darmstadt and the surrounding region since the 2025/26 season. Through the raffle held on home match days, approximately €123,000 raised for charitable causes so far. At the beginning of July, the project was awarded the Play Fair Prize by the German Olympic Society (DOG) Darmstadt.
In the future, Klöber will also take over the main partnership of the Lilien-Gala, an annual charity event that aims to bring together business, politics and sports and further strengthen social engagement in the region.
“Klöber is a family-run company that impresses with its humane, appreciative and approachable management culture. We are proud of our close relationship over many years and that we have been able to take our matchday activities to a new level thanks to the Herzenslilies,” says Volker Harr, Vice President of SV Darmstadt 98.
Managing Director Martin Kowalewski also sees the partnership as a long-term success story: “Our connection with Klöber is a wonderful example of how a partnership can grow over time.”
For Kevin Klöber, managing partner of Klöber Versicherungsmakler GmbH, the commitment goes far beyond classic sponsorship: “SV Darmstadt 98 is part of our Darmstadt identity. With this premium partnership, we are sending a clear signal that economic success and social commitment belong together.”
In addition to increased advertising presence in the stadium and on digital channels, the cooperation also includes exclusive offers for club members. Through a special "Lilies" policy, SV Darmstadt 98 members receive discounted insurance rates.
