Great interest after construction trade fair – further date in Rüsselsheim
As the South Hesse Police Headquarters reports, burglary prevention remains a key focus in the region. After three intensive days at the Darmstadt construction trade fair, the police advisory center has drawn a positive conclusion.
Around 600 consultations at the construction trade fair
Approximately 600 visitors took the opportunity to learn more about burglary prevention at the information booth. Information on mechanical security devices, which have been proven to prevent many break-in attempts, was particularly in demand.
According to current findings, almost half of all reported burglaries now fail at the attempt stage.

Between 10 and 11:30 a.m., interested parties can find out about protective measures and ask individual questions.
Individual support is possible
In addition, the advisory center offers personal consultations and on-site inspections. During these visits, potential security gaps are identified directly at the building, and concrete suggestions for improvement are developed.
