Tractor touring through the autumnal countryside around Nauheim
Groß-Gerau. Twenty-five members of the Odenwald Club Groß-Gerau experienced a special form of deceleration when they took their seats on the trailers of historic tractors and drove at a leisurely pace through the autumnal landscape.
The cheerful group started their tour past the OWK clubhouse, continuing through woods and fields – on paths that were new to many. Accompanied by the sound of the harmonica, they sang together along the way, creating a cheerful atmosphere.
After a long drive, the participants reached the cozy barn, where they enjoyed goulash and hot soup. Following the convivial gathering, they boarded a covered wagon and headed back towards Nauheim – safely chauffeured by the tractor drivers.
At the end of the trip, the group warmly thanked Beate Bolbach and Else Schuster, who had lovingly and seamlessly organized the event. The enthusiasm for the relaxing nature experience was great – a successful combination of camaraderie, enjoyment of the scenery, and club activities.
