Black and orange bicycle worth several thousand euros stolen
The criminal police in Darmstadt are investigating the theft of a high-quality scooter in Griesheim and are asking the public for information.
According to the police, the vehicle was stolen between Saturday evening (May 30) around 9 pm and Sunday evening (May 31) around 8 pm in Bessunger Straße, near Schülerstraße.
Scooter vanished without a trace
The stolen vehicle is a black and orange Surron brand scooter. The two-wheeler bore the license plate number 666-JFZ.
According to the police, the vehicle is worth several thousand euros.
It is still unclear how the perpetrators proceeded. After the theft, they fled in an unknown direction.
Police are asking for information
Investigators are now looking for witnesses who observed suspicious persons or vehicles during the time of the crime, or who can provide information about the whereabouts of the scooter.
