New innovation hub on former Software AG site
The "Valley Business Campus" project aims to create a new innovation hub in Darmstadt. Investor Christian Kirk plans to further develop the existing campus on the former Software AG site in the Eberstadt district.
Combination of existing building stock and modernization
The concept aims to preserve the existing buildings and the architectural structure of the site while comprehensively modernizing them. The goal is to create a future-proof location for companies in the technology, digital economy, and creative industries.
According to the investor, the project will include both ready-to-use office spaces and flexibly designed rental areas that can be individually adapted to the needs of the companies.
Focus on innovation and infrastructure
A key component of the project is the expansion of a high-performance data and network infrastructure. This is intended to create optimal conditions for applications in the field of artificial intelligence and data-driven business models.
In addition, supplementary amenities such as restaurants, health and leisure facilities, and childcare options are planned. The aim is to create a workplace and meeting place with a high quality of life.
City welcomes development
Mayor Hanno Benz sees the project as an important boost for Darmstadt as a business location. The combination of sustainable urban development and economic dynamism fits with the city's focus as a science and technology hub.
A signal for the future
The “Valley Business Campus” aims to create a new hub for innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial growth in Eberstadt. The project focuses on combining existing infrastructure with future-oriented development.
