Open neighborhood consultation on June 17th at the Erich Kästner School
Mayor Hanno Benz continues his event series “Mayor on Location” and invites citizens to an open district consultation in Kranichstein on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
The event begins at 6 p.m. in the auditorium of the Erich Kästner School IGS at Bartningstraße 33. Those interested will have the opportunity to discuss questions, suggestions and concerns directly with the mayor.
Direct exchange with the citizens
With its "Mayor on Location" format, the science city of Darmstadt aims to promote direct dialogue between the administration and the public. The goal is to address concerns in an uncomplicated manner, discuss current issues, and work together to find solutions.
The neighborhood consultation hours take place regularly in different districts and are intended to strengthen local exchange.
Topics can be submitted in advance
Registration is not required to participate. However, for better preparation, the city requests that topics and concerns be sent to the citizens' representatives by email by June 11, 2026, if possible.
