The city recommends using the official administrative services
The town of Riedstadt, known for its connection to Büchner, warns businesses about third-party providers on the internet that charge fees for business registrations, changes of address, or deregistration services.
According to the trade office, they are currently receiving an increasing number of applications that were previously processed through private websites. This results in unnecessary additional costs for those affected, as the providers charge their own fees in addition to the city's regular administrative fees.
Use business services via the city
The city points out that business registrations, changes of address and deregistration should only be handled via the official services of the city administration.
The relevant forms are available on the city's website under "Citizen Services" and then "Online Services/Public Order & Trade". The completed documents can then be submitted to the trade office by mail or email.
Book appointments online
Anyone wishing to handle their matter in person can arrange an appointment with the trade and regulatory office via the online appointment booking system on the Büchnerstadt website.
The city also provides information there about the required documents and the applicable fees.
Fees clearly regulated
The city charges a fee of €28 for registering, changing, or deregistering a business. An additional €8 is charged for issuing a confirmation of business registration.
With this notice, the city aims to prevent businesses from unnecessarily spending money on services that can be handled more cost-effectively and transparently directly through the administration.
