Training with music, strength and relaxation for all age groups
In Seeheim-Jugenheim, fitness classes with a varied program are offered regularly. Fitness trainer Heike Ditter invites participants to step aerobics as well as the "All Muscles" full-body workout.
Step aerobics strengthens endurance and coordination
The step aerobics class takes place on Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the hall at the Forum am Rathaus. The workout combines movement to music with targeted exercises for the entire body.
This promotes cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, coordination, and flexibility, among other things. Bone strength and overall fitness also benefit from regular sessions.
Full body workout with "All Muscles"
In addition, the "All Muscles" training course is offered on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the VSG Seeheim clubhouse. The course focuses on a comprehensive workout for the entire body.
In addition to muscle building, the focus is on strengthening the back, fascia training, Pilates elements, as well as coordination, balance, and stretching exercises. Various training equipment such as foam rollers, balls, dumbbells, and resistance bands are used.
Each session concludes with a relaxation phase. Depending on the course structure, elements of progressive muscle relaxation are also integrated.
Flexible participation possible
The courses usually also take place during school holidays and on public holidays, depending on demand. Those interested are welcome to attend a session at any time without obligation and get to know the course.
