Roadworks by Autobahn GmbH continue to cause detours
The renovation work at the Griesheim interchange continues. As the western branch of Autobahn GmbH reports, the exit ramp from the A67 coming from Mannheim to the A672 in the direction of Darmstadt will likely remain closed until August 2026.
Diversion via the A5
Motorists traveling from Mannheim to Darmstadt will continue to be diverted via the A5 towards Frankfurt. From there, they can continue their journey via the A672 to Darmstadt.
Autobahn GmbH expects to be able to reopen the exit ramp to traffic during August.
Traffic disruptions are still possible
The closure and the diversion route may lead to additional traffic congestion on the alternative routes, especially during peak hours.
Autobahn GmbH asks road users for their understanding regarding the necessary construction work and the associated restrictions.
