Mill Mountain Linedancers start training for beginners and advanced dancers
A new club, the "Mill Mountain Linedancers," has been founded in Pfungstadt. The name is derived from the training location at the Mühlbergheim community center, where dancing takes place regularly.
Training at Mühlbergheim
The club trains every Tuesday morning under the guidance of coach Henry Hoffmann. An advanced beginners' group has been training at 10 a.m. for the past two years.
Starting June 16, 2026, an additional course for beginners will be offered. Training for beginners is scheduled for Tuesdays at 9:15 a.m.
Board elected and goals defined
At the founding meeting, Karin Flaig was elected as the first chairwoman and Renate Hofmann as the second chairwoman. Joachim Pfeiffer will serve as treasurer.
In addition to the sporting activity, the club also focuses on social aspects. According to those in charge, line dancing promotes coordination, balance, and concentration, among other things. At the same time, it aims to strengthen community and interaction.
Open offer for interested parties
Experienced dancers can participate in the training without prior registration.
The musical spectrum ranges from country to pop to current chart hits, thus providing a diverse basis for the choreography.
Beginners are asked to register: either directly at Mühlbergheim, by email: joachim-pfeiffer@web.de or by phone: 0160-792-1164
