The last event of the season accompanies the weekly market on Saturday morning
The next market breakfast in Groß-Gerau will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026. From 9:30 a.m. to approximately 1:00 p.m., clubs, institutions, and restaurants will be present at the weekly market in the town center. This is the last of the six market breakfasts originally planned for this year's season.
The market breakfast aims to attract additional visitors to the Groß-Gerau weekly market. This market takes place regularly on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Among the products offered are meat and fish, regional vegetables, bread, poultry, eggs, and spices.
Clubs and restaurants shape the offering
The market breakfasts take place on selected Saturdays from April to September. Clubs, institutions, and restaurants can present themselves, offer their own products and services, and generate income for their work. Unlike in previous years, there are no thematic restrictions for the individual events.
The market breakfast, originally planned for August 22nd, had to be cancelled due to insufficient registrations from clubs and restaurants, according to the city.
