New afternoon program for children and adults interested in animals and nature
at the Vivarium Zoo on Tuesday, April 22nd "Researcher Camp" . The program is aimed at children and adults who are enthusiastic about animals and nature and takes place – except during school holidays – on weekday afternoons in the zoo school is in charge Dr. Frank Velte.
The research camp is open Monday to Friday from 1:15 pm to 3:15 pm. Registration is not required; regular zoo admission. If a session is cancelled, this will be announced via notices at the zoo school and the zoo entrance.
Overview of weekly topics:
- Monday: Reptiles as pets
- Tuesday: Native birds
- Wednesday: Native insects
- Thursday: Life in a drop of water – Microscopy
- Friday: How to set up an aquarium
