A cult event on May 1st with celebrity guests and a charitable purpose
On Friday, May 1, 2026, the Darmstadt talk show "SonnTalk with Bernhard Meyer" celebrates its relaunch. Starting at 4:00 PM (doors open at 3:15 PM), Professor Bernhard Meyer, together with his sidekick Stefanie Zimmermann, invites you to an entertaining open discussion at the Orangerie in Darmstadt.
The panel will feature prominent guests and regional personalities. Among them are the original Aurora DeMeehl, actor Hans-Joachim Heist, AI expert Prof. Dr. Stefan Pickl, and author Jan Weiler. The program will be complemented by other regional contributors, musical performances featuring the French horn, and actor Aart Veder as a musical guest with a connection to Ulrich Roski.
A talk with humor and depth
The "SonnTalk" promises a varied afternoon until approximately 7:00 pm. The program includes insightful discussions, thoughtful ideas, and surprising perspectives – presented in a lively and approachable manner.
The event is being organized by the Lions Club Darmstadt-Castrum with the support of the Leos. The proceeds will benefit the Darmstadt Hospice. Plans are underway to create an adventure terrace for the hospice's guests.
