Darmstadt is expanding its digital citizen services in the city districts
Residents can now conveniently book appointments at the Arheilgen registration office online. The city of Darmstadt has activated the online appointment booking system for the registration office, thus expanding its digital services in the city's districts.
Appointments can be booked both via the digital town hall of the city of Darmstadt and directly via the online appointment system.

The city plans to expand citizen services in the city districts
Mayor Hanno Benz sees the introduction of online appointment booking as a further step towards improving citizen services.
“The online appointment system makes it even easier for citizens to get in touch with the Arheilgen registration office,” explains Benz.
The innovation is part of the city's concept to expand citizen services in the city districts and to better serve local residents.
Uniform software in more and more administrative areas
Digital officer Holger Klötzner also welcomes the expansion of online appointment booking.
The software is now being used by a growing number of administrative units. This not only improves access to municipal services but also supports the standardization of digital administrative structures.
