The city of Darmstadt expands services for its citizens
The science city of Darmstadt is expanding its digital service offering: Appointments for the registration office in the Eberstadt district can now be booked online
Digital appointment booking starts
Citizens can now book appointments online via the city's website. This is intended to make access to administrative services easier and more flexible.
Mayor Hanno Benz sees this as a further step towards improving citizen services in the district.
Telephone appointment booking will remain available
In addition to online booking, appointments can still be made by telephone. This applies particularly to appointments on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
The telephone accessibility of the reporting office is regulated as follows:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m
- Thursday: 2 pm to 5 pm
By combining digital and traditional services, the city aims to meet the diverse needs of its citizens.
