Due to the construction of the new primary school, parking restrictions and temporary lane closures will be in effect
Due to the construction of a new primary school in the Albert-Schweitzer-Anlage, there will be traffic restrictions on Fritz-Bauer-Straße in Darmstadt until further notice. Parking will be affected, and at times one lane will be closed in the direction of Adelungstraße.
Parking spaces will be closed in the side street off Adelungstraße, west of Fritz-Bauer-Straße. Additionally, a permanent no-stopping zone will be in effect on Fritz-Bauer-Straße in the vicinity of house number 11 .
The lane may be closed between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m
If necessary, the right lane of Fritz-Bauer-Straße will also be closed. This affects the section from the north, coming from Rheinstraße, up to the Adelungstraße intersection.
The two existing lanes will then be reduced to one lane using traffic cones. The closure will not be continuous, but rather implemented as needed, and is scheduled for the period between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. During this time, motorists should expect delays.
A sign at the scene indicates the possible lane closure. The duration of the traffic measures has not been announced.
