Due to the onion market, there will be no weekly market on Friday – the next regular date is October 2nd
The Griesheim weekly market will not take place on Friday, September 25, 2026.This is due to the onion market, which is being celebrated in the city center that weekend.
One week later, on Friday, October 2nd, the weekly market will resume its regular schedule. The selection includes vegetables, meat and sausage products, pasta, eggs, and delicatessen items.
During the Onion Market, various food and drink options will be available in the extended area of the Georg-Schüler-Anlage. These will include pierogi, manti, and gözleme. An additional beverage stand will also be present.
