Honors, amendment of statutes and successful by-election
The Concordia general meeting on March 26th set an important course for the future. Numerous members took the opportunity to look back on the past year and to decide on upcoming issues.
Honors and amendment of the statutes
A key part of the evening was the honoring of long-standing members. They were recognized for their commitment and loyalty to the club.
Furthermore, those present decided to amend the club's statutes.
Challenges in board elections
During the regularly scheduled elections, no candidate could initially be found for the position of deputy chair. Chair Nicole Sperber emphasized the importance of a full board and announced that she would only be serving in this role on a temporary basis.
By-election brings solution
The situation led to a quick solution: Two members volunteered to take on responsibility. At an extraordinary general meeting on April 27th, they were elected and now complete the board for the next two years.
The club is focusing on unity
Concordia sees this development as confirmation of its commitment to community. The board is optimistic about the coming months and thanks the members for their support.
