Readings and exhibitions attract numerous visitors
The World Book Days at the Netuschil Gallery have come to a close with great success. Over three days, the event in Darmstadt offered a diverse program focused on literature and book culture.
Extensive program with readings and discussions
The special program included readings, book presentations, poetry discussions, and conversations with authors and booksellers. The offerings were complemented by a daily changing display in the showcases.
Participants included representatives from local bookstores and cultural figures from the region. School classes also took the opportunity to engage with literature and art.

Exchange between literature and art
The event provided a space for encounters and discussions. The exchange between various figures in the literary scene and the interest shown by young visitors were particularly highlighted.
The combination of readings, presentations and discussions made the book days a versatile format in Darmstadt's cultural life.
Mini antiquarian bookshop remains open
Even after the official end of the book fair, some of the offerings remain. A small book and print market in the gallery continues to offer art books, literature, and special finds from the gallery's collection.
