Herta Merz and Lebrecht Viebahn Senior will be reading at Haus Raiss on September 16th
The next edition of "Sternstunden der Lyrik" (Stellar Moments of Poetry) in Groß-Gerau will focus on the beginning of autumn . On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the event at Haus Raiss will center on the start of autumn and Eduard Mörike's poem "Septembermorgen" (September Morning).
From 10 to 11 a.m., Herta Merz and Lebrecht Viebahn Senior the event at Frankfurter Straße 46.

Eduard Mörike's "September Morning" is one of the best-known nature poems of the 19th century. Herta Merz and Lebrecht Viebahn Senior are using the poem as a starting point for the September edition of their event series, which will focus on the transition from summer to autumn.
