The terraced houses of the August-Euler-Höfe are scheduled for completion next summer
The topping-out ceremony for the first terraced houses was celebrated on June 24th at Griesheimer Anger. Representatives from the city of Griesheim, the project development company, and the construction companies met with the future owners to acknowledge the progress of the construction.
The new buildings of the future August-Euler-Höfe complex are already fitted with windows. At the topping-out ceremony, Mayor Geza Krebs-Wetzl pointed to the high demand for housing and expressed his delight at the project's progress.
“The urgent need for housing is receiving a significant boost. Of course, this need can never be fully met, but we as the city of Griesheim, together with our partners, are making a very special contribution. It is therefore wonderful to be standing here today,” said Krebs-Wetzl.
The first construction phase is on schedule
According to the city, construction work at Griesheimer Anger is on schedule. The first phase of the August-Euler-Höfe development is expected to be completed next summer.
