TuS Zwingenberg offers fitness and self-defense
TuS Zwingenberg is starting a new karate course for adults. The course is aimed at beginners with no prior experience and begins on April 20th in Zwingenberg.
Entry possible without prior knowledge
The course teaches the fundamentals of the martial art of karate and combines them with modern fitness elements. The aim is to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility, as well as to learn self-defense techniques.
The ten training sessions will run until the Hessian summer holidays.
Training in the Melibokus Hall
Training takes place on Mondays at 8 pm in the Melibokus Hall. In addition to classic karate exercises, the program includes gymnastics, coordination, and body awareness.
The introductory session offers the opportunity to participate in the training free of charge and without obligation.
Participation, registration and contact
A fee of 50 euros will be charged for participation in the entire course. No special equipment is required – comfortable sportswear is sufficient.
